The implementation of data collection in the production of "Waterless plates" at Toray Textiles, Central Europe s.r.o. was completed.
The main goals of the project were the connecting of the Keyence machine to the MASA III system and communication with QAD system. The system now provides a history of measured values of final products, collects diagnostic signals from production, stores the history of measured values of semi-products and allows the visualization of actual values.
For this project, we delivered a complete solution including specially designed measuring tables.
