Integration of a Keyence machine into the MASA II system

We successfully integrated the Keyence automatic measuring machine at Ball Aerocan CZ s.r.o. into the MASA II system. The aim of the project was to ensure interconnection between Keyence programme and MASA II to allow monitoring and evaluation of the state of the machines, equipment or other technological units by automated data collection. The main requirements of the project were:

• Automatic selection of the Keyence programme
• Automatic data collection and archiving
• Unified user interface
• Storage of operator´s work 
• Repeatability of measurement
